I, Hlaine Larkin and Greysen will be running for General (R7) of the Freedom Defence Corp. In our running campaign, we will be pushing for several changes to the FDC structure and rules; these will be minor and will also be major. Some people will be unhappy, some will be happy, this is a thing that occurs in change; change is difficult to accept, but accept we must if this army is to improve and overcome its opponants.
Here I will list several of the things we have spoken about and may be implimented:
- The Lacking of Clear HC : - Concering activity, trolling and abuse of powers
- A FDM like Department: - The creation of something simular to FDM but not with its legacy or name
- The splitting of FIC into timezones again for Clear combat forces in each area
- Administration Department : - A Department that is use for creating armour and the Inter-Dominion relations
- A Zero Tolerance to the LED : - The scanning problems and other problems that seem to start.
- Increased power to ISD
- A Re-organisation of the "Bootcamp/CTD" Classes and departments.
And many more.
We know many of the people in the FDC may not vote for us, arguments such as "such and such as been around longer" or "You dont have the leadership experience" but we see it as the FDC needs to pull itself together and the old leaders have tried their best, (I think Death wyrm and jeff did the best they could in a hard time for the game, and if it came to it, I would vote Death in again) but the Faction needs some new blood into the leadership game, some new ideas to put forth and Ive seen what has happened to the game over the long run. I have been around since Open Beta (even before when the game had to be remade.) Personally, I have no idea who I am going to vote for if its possible for me to vote, Out of fairness I will not vote for myself.
All I ask is that the faction give Greysen and I a chance to make this faction what it should be.
